Service Call Fee: $125+
We charge a Service Call Fee to come to your location. The rate is currently $125. Occasionally we will travel outside our general service area depending on availability, however the rate is higher the further we have to travel. This fee is charged one time only. If we have to make a return trip to address the same problem (for instance, if we needed to order a part etc), there is NOT another Service. Call fee. We charge this Service Call fee for each customer, regardless of if we are in the same area/campground.

Hourly Rate: $100 Per Hour
The hourly rate is charged from the time we arrive at your location and begin our diagnostic process. Our technician, Seth, is also an owner of the business. You can read the reviews to see testaments to his reliability, honesty, and fair practices. We strive to accomplish repairs quickly to save you money and to save us valuable time. We do offer a discount on labor to our loyal local customers.
