Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do you perform pre-purchase inspections?
    Unfortunately we are not able to perform pre-purchase inspections as we only perform house-side work and do not inspect any mechanical or vehicle-side items such as brakes, engine etc. If you would like a post-purchase inspection on the house-side items (appliances, slides, jacks etc) we are able to perform.
  • Can I bring my RV to you?
    No, we do not currently have a shop
  • Do you give walk-throughs to help me learn about my RV?
    Yes, we would be happy to help orient you to all the systems in your RV and give you some tips and tricks for enjoying your time on the road. Please fill out the Service Request form and choose “Walk Through”
  • What are your rates?
    We charge a service call fee and an hourly labor rate. The service call fee is $125. Our labor rates are $100/hr. See Services tab for our service area.
  • Do you perform pre-travel inspections / RV checkups to make sure all my systems are operational?
    Yes, please fill out the Service Request form and choose “Checkup”
  • Do you work on generators?
    No, please contact Cummins to determine if a mobile technician is available in the area or look for small engine repair facilities.
  • Do you work on mechanical issues?
    No, we do work on the vehicle side of RVs. You will require a mechanic to address issues such as transmission, brakes, engine trouble etc.
